Terms and conditions

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS AND DEFINITIONS

    1.1. The Terms and Conditions define the terms and conditions for the sale ofgoods in the online store operating at the address en.steil.pl, hereinafter referred to as the online shop.

    1.2. Sales are made via the Internet in the form of a distance agreement, between the ordering party, hereinafter referred to as the Customer, andthe Seller, based on the provisions of the Civil Code.

    1.3. The seller is Łukasz Nowosadzki, residing in Warsaw ul. Wiolinowa 13/16, code 02-785, operating under the name Archilens Łukasz Nowosadzki, entered in the Central Economic Register NIP: 9511978059.

    1.4. When shopping at an online store, the customer confirms the fact that they are familiar with this regulation and confirms that they accept it in the valid form. Ignorance of the Terms does not release the Client from the rules contained therein.

      3. SHIPPING

      3.1. Processing time - the time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

      3.2. Customs and import taxes - buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

      4. PAYMENT OPTIONS

      4.1. Buyers can make their payment with a credit card or e-transfer via Dotpay or via Paypal.

      4.2. Dotpay and Paypal keep your payment information secure. We do not receive your credit card information.

      4.3. Credit card and e-transfer transactions are settled via Dotpay Settlement Center.

      5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

      5.1. We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery.

      5.2. We do not accept cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

      5.3. We cannot accept returns for custom or personalized orders, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

      5.4. Conditions of return - buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

      5.5. The ODR platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers...) has been developed by the European Commission and is a requirement of the Regulations for Consumer Disputes.  The platform is an online tool that will allow consumers to make a complaint against a trader where goods or services have been bought online.  The complaint that is submitted by the consumer will be dealt with by an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider.
